Why is beautiful skin so important to women? Because beauty is important to women, and the skin is what shows their beauty off to the world. Great looking clear skin is the basis of looking good.
You can’t look beautiful if your skin looks terrible.
My job today is to give you 4 tips that, as long as you follow them, will lead to beautiful clear skin, into old age. Here’s 4 beautiful skin tips for you.
1. Start early.
So many women don’t get around to taking care of their skin until well into their 40s or even 50s. If you really want to take the best care of your skin you need to start as early as you can, preferably while your skin is still looking great.
Why is it good to start in your 20s when your skin still looks great? Because that’s the time when the deterioration of your skin health starts.
Now of course that’s not to say that if you’re in your 40s, say, its too late. But if you’re in your 20s and you start on a great skin care routine you’re way better placed to achieving great looking skin. Early is better.
2. Stay healthy.
Overall health is one of the most important factors in great skin health. A healthy body makes for a healthy skin.
It my sound entirely obvious that if you stay healthy your skin stays healthy, but it’s something that, despite being obvious, so many women don’t think of. You need to do all the things you already know about staying healthy.
So all those things you read about your diet are important, like reducing salt and sugar intake, and eating lots of fresh vegetables and fruit for lots of anti oxidants. This is good for skin health and overall health. And it leads to a healthier heart which is also good for skin health.
And of course lots of exercise is also important for skin health too.
The bottom line is this. You cant have great looking glowing healthy skin if you’re overweight and live on a diet of pizzas and burgers, never exercise and a walk to the fridge gets you puffing. Take care of yourself and your body will take care of your skin.
3. There’s 2 things that are terrible for your skin. Avoid them.
What are the 2 worst things you can do for your skin? Smoking and sunburn. Both are just terrible for skin health, and you’re unlikely to have great looking beautiful skin if you smoke 40 a day and get burned every weekend. You must avoid these.
4. Use the worlds best skin care products.
Yes you may have read that skin care products don’t really work, and in many cases this is true. Most of the big brand name skin care products found in the stores are overpriced, and do only limited good to your skin. But modern science really does know what makes skin healthy and beautiful, and there are many excellent natural skin care products that contain naturally occurring ingredients that really are known to be highly beneficial to your skin.
Avoid the big name skin care products which use mainly chemical ingredients that are cheap to manufacture and often not good for your skin.

It’s never too late to start, though early is always better, and even in your 40s and 50s if you do these things and take care of your body, and combine this with the use of the best skin care products you’ll notice the difference at any age.
