Is it a good idea to start anti aging creams when you’re young?

I’m 20 years old and my suitemate uses this anti aging cream on a nightly basis. She told me it’s better to start early and take preventative measures than start when it’s already too late. My fear is that if I use them this young, they will be less effective when I’m older. I’m not sure what the better choice is. How can I work at keeping my skin healthy besides using sunscreen whenever I go outside?

It depends on your skin type, if you have oily skin, then anti-aging moisturiser will be too rich and heavy, but for dry skin there shouldn’t be a problem with starting early.
    I hope that helps.
