    no they do not mattify your skin- you should use a mttifying cream or gel first to do that! :o ) Enjoy!

    does the velvet foundation and/or finish powder help mattify your face? would you recommend them for oily skin ladies?

    Your skin looks great! just my opinion but Ithink that looks gourgeous and very bright in the good side. you should use those more :)
