Best Face Moisturizer For Men ?

i’m just wondering which is the best face moisturizer for men on the market, i’ve been browsing different websites and i’ve seen one going for £200 which caught my attention. See with me i go off the price the higher the price the better value you get, i know i shouldn’t do that but theres so many to choose from i’m left scratching my head. I wouldn’t like to pay £200 each time for the product but if it keeps my face looking young and fresh then i’m happy. I’m 20 years old by the way so i don’t need any anti aging creams, preferably one that suits my skin type which is oily and sometimes flakey.
Any reccomendations ?
Nice one

What’s A Good Bobbi Brown Moisturizer That Is Suitable For A 13-year Old With Dry Skin!?

I need a moisturizer from Bobbi Brown!!! I can’t decide between their moisturizers and I’m still 13 so I don’t need a product that that reduces wrinkles or any other anti-aging effects. I just need a moisturizer that will not dry out my skin and restore my skin back to its original baby-face ! I did have really good skin before but the MAC moisturizer ruined it. I think it was the mac studio finish moisturizer. It smelt like meatballs or even paint. I don’t really care if the moisturizer is fragnance-free or not but pleaseee no moisturizers that smells like socks. This not my account, I forgot my password so I’m currently using a friend’s yahoo account. PLLLEEASSE reply as soon as possible!

Moisturizer For Acne Prone Sensitive Combination Skin?

I have a few pimples on my face and as soon as they disappear, I get new ones so my face is never totally cleared. I have sensitive skin, so fragrance free would be preferred and I have oily t-zone. I’m in my mid 20’s, so I’m also looking into anti-aging products. I’m looking for a night moisturizer with no spf and a day moisturizer with spf. Any brand will work, high-end or drugstores. Any recommendation?

Should You Really Use That Moisturizer With Sunscreen Added?

It is commonly known that sunburn is really bad for your skin, so doesn’t it make sense that you should use a moisturizer with sunscreen?

But surprisingly the answer is not quite what you’d expect.

There’s no doubt though that sunburn is really bad for your skin.

And if you want to make sure you’re going to have older looking skin with sagging and wrinkles, dryness and lines, just start getting sunburned at an early age, and do it regularly.

Then there’s skin cancer to consider too.

So that means that it makes total sense to use a moisturizer with sunscreen with an spf as high as possible.

Not necessarily, though I’m certainly not saying that its fine to get sunburned.

So why isn’t it a great idea to use a moisturizer with sunscreen added? Because there is some evidence that the daily use of sunscreens can be dangerous to your health and there are even some scientists who believe that regular use of sunscreens can cause cancer.

Now it certainly isn’t proven yet, but is suspected by many scientists. If, say, you use a sunscreen normally around 5 or 6 times a year then the risk is lower, but if you use a moisturizer then the chances are that you use it every day, so the risk is higher as you are using a sunscreen daily, and many days when you don’t need it.

There’s primarily 2 different types of sunscreens, those that stay on the surface and those that soak in. Those that stay on the surface are those using zinc or titanium.

If the sunscreen soaks in then a portion of them will get into your bloodstream. Possibly dangerous. And most skincare products with spf factors use the type that soaks in because it looks and feels better.

And remember, any spf factor is produced by use of synthetic chemicals and you don’t really want synthetic chemicals in your blood.

And there’s more. If you block the sun to your face every day it’s possible that you could start to suffer from vitamin D deficiency. There are studies that show that anything up to 60% of Americans suffer from a deficiency of vitamin D. (Though not all caused by sunscreen use by any means).

So now you’re wondering what to do?

Use the highest quality moisturizer with no sunscreen added. In fact the manufacturer of the worlds best skin care products specifically avoids using an spf factor in their products for all the reasons outlined.

And use a sunscreen with either zinc or titanium block only on days when you really think you are at risk of sunburn. And on most days you really won’t need sunscreen anyway, so enjoy your extra supplies of vitamin D.

Oil Free Anti-aging Facial Moisturizer – Don’t Throw the Baby Out With the Bucket of Water!

An Oil free anti-aging facial moisturizer is the recourse many people are taking these days to get a wrinkle free and smooth skin. But does it deliver? No, it does not. Because, to your surprise, you are throwing out the baby along with the bucket of water.

On the surface, it might seem logical that an oil free anti-aging facial moisturizer is a good moisturizing and anti-aging solution for our skin, but the reality is very different.

Our notion for oil based facial moisturizers is that the oils in them clog our skin’s pores and leave a sticky greasy feeling behind. This may only be a partly true fact as you might have been using oil based anti-aging facial moisturizers with mineral oils in them!

This might shock you, Minerals oils in your facial moisturizer cream! Yes, Mineral oil is widely used in sub standard skin care moisturizer creams because it is cheap. Although it moisturizes the skin temporarily, but the cost you pay in terms of your skin health is too much.

Mineral oils clog the skin’s pores and leave them suffocating for fresh air. The skin cannot breathe freely and thus it is unable to cleanse itself from the toxins. The accumulated toxins lead to many skin problems like acne breakouts, allergies, skin rashes and skin inflammation.

Our skin also has natural oils that are vital for skin health preservation. These oils get lost during the course of the day due to the stress, environmental pollution and other factors. An anti-aging facial moisturizer helps preserve these vital natural oils in your skin.

So, many people try to look for oil free anti-aging facial moisturizers because they have suffered from the harmful effects of mineral oils in their previous mineral oil based facial moisturizers and also because they are not yet aware of the outstanding beneficial natural oils that can work wonders for their skin health and youth.

Some of these types of natural oils are -

1) Grapeseed Oil – This oil is a strong antioxidant and creates a protective film on your skin. This invisible film locks in the vital moisture and natural oils in your skin. It is rich in linoleic acid and various other oils that are vital for skin health.

2) Babassu – This is a very light natural wax. It helps effectively in softening and soothing your skin. It also creates an invisible film of protection on your skin which helps prevent the skin’s natural moisture from escaping outside. This film also prevents dirt and grime from entering within your skin.

Babassu is made from Babassu oil, which is found in the kernel of the babassu fruit in the Amazon. This wonderful oil is very beneficial for naturally curing wrinkles. It works equally well for oily and dry complexion persons.

By all this key scientific information, you now know that an anti-aging facial moisturizer is the key to regaining healthy, vibrant and glowing skin.

Visit my website, which I have dedicated for an extensive research on such natural oils and substances which play a proven role in anti-aging and giving a healthy and vibrant skin naturally.

Rid Yourself Of Wrinkles

Who does not want to look younger? Wrinkles on the skin always prevent a person from looking younger. Wrinkles tell us that old age has set in. Taking into consideration the fact that the human body requires the optimum amount of nutrients, it is obvious that a lack of these nutrients or vitamins result in aging of skin and formation of wrinkles.

A well balanced and nutritive diet results in well balanced skin. A wrinkle is a specific crease of skin of the face, caused as a result of old age and lack or essential nutrients. Wrinkles hang loose, thus marring the aesthetics of the skin.

Today, people are caught up in the rat race, and as a result they fail to take care of their bodies. A young skin tends to have enough fat tissue to make the face well-rounded. But as a person gets older, the shrinking fat tissue cannot keep up with the growth rate of the skin, giving the facial skin a shriveled look.

Daily routines and stresses such as responsibilities & work related tensions, take a toll on the body, with a result the body gets tired and ages. This aging shows on the skin in the form of wrinkles. The skin looses its firmness and tends to sag.

Moreover, additional everyday activities such as eating, chewing, frowning, smiling, also has an effect on the skin, leading to wrinkles. A proper nutritious diet, relaxation, medication and a balanced schedule can always help to reduce wrinkles.

You can pamper your skin by using products like sunscreens, which prevent skin aging, by protecting it from the harsh treatment of the sunrays. Cleansers can soothe the skin and keep the skin-pores clean. Moisturizers are a great remedy for uneven skin. Alpha Hydroxyl Acids (AHA) or fruit acids can do wonders by keeping your skin smooth and soft. Facial exercise can naturally increase your skin muscle tone and prevent it from sagging. Moreover, it can make your skin flexible, thereby reducing wrinkles.

Scientific research tells us that the rate, at which skin cells renew themselves at young age, slows down with age. This results in uneven and greasy looking skin. Also, due to the decreased water holding capacity of the skin, it loses its plumpness, resulting in wrinkles.

While wrinkles are a natural phenomenon and they will happen eventually, we do have at our disposal a number of remedies at hand that can help curb the development of these wrinkles. All this is possible thanks to the growth and development in medical science. A number of companies have come out with various products that contain DNA and RNA, that are beneficial in combating the growth of wrinkles and delaying the ageing process. Natural proteins such as collagen and elastin are also used widely as they help in rejuvenating the skin. Ceramides are also used to help hydrate the skin, and prevent it from shriveling up due to dryness.
