Best Skin Care Tips Revealed in This Anti Aging Skin Care Guide
Posted by Anti Aging Products in skin care products on January 29, 2012
This brief anti aging skin care guide should get you started in the right direction.
There is a lot to learn about anti aging skin care treatment, lots of research to be done.
Lots of new discoveries become available every day.
But, before you buy anything, there are a number of safety factors to consider.
First things first, always read the label.
Hidden among the fine print on the tube of that eye gel are carcinogens, irritants and inactive, ineffective ingredients.
The first thing that we would like to explain in this anti aging skin care guide is why you get wrinkles, fine lines, droopy eyes and age spots.
If you know what causes them, you should be better equipped to find an effective anti aging skin care treatment, one that counters or prevents the outward signs of getting older.
There are basically three layers of skin, although they are sometimes further broken down into 7 or more.
They are the epidermis, the dermis and subcutaneous tissue.
A number of changes occur in the different layers as we age.
All of them combine to make you look older, but 90% are caused by exposure to sunlight.
So, in this anti aging skin care guide, we focus on the sun.
UVA and B rays cause thinning in the epidermis.
Sunlight damages collagen fibers in the dermis and changes elastin in such a way that it further breaks down collagen fiber.
Over time, the damaged collagen and elastin are unable to perfectly rebuild skin-cells and the result is wrinkles.
UV radiation from the sun also initiates the production of free radicals that do further damage and cause more wrinkles.
Exposure to smoke and air pollution also contribute to the formation of free radicals.
Gravity, changing hormonal levels and habitual facial expressions are also factors, but nothing does more damage than the sun.
You might think then that anti aging skin care treatment should include the use of a sunscreen with a high SPF rating.
Most any anti aging skin care guide will say “yes”, but the subject is a bit controversial.
SPFs are synthetic chemicals that could endanger your health with long term use.
The only safe sunscreens are those that will not be absorbed through your pores, such as zinc oxide and titanium dioxide.
If you are planning a day at the beach and you are fair skinned, you should choose one of those.
But, for a daily anti aging skin care treatment they are much too thick.
The other problem with sunscreens is that we get Vitamin D from the sun.
More and more Americans are testing positive for vitamin D deficiency, which plays a role in osteoporosis and other health conditions that are often thought to accompany old age.
While it blocks UV, SPF also blocks vitamin D.
The best anti aging skin care guide that we have seen advises hats and short bursts of exposure to sunlight and to stay away from the tanning booths.
Then, there is the fact, that most of the damage is done when you are young, before the age of 20.
So, what you really need to do is help your system repair the damage.
New all natural lotions that penetrate the epidermis and destroy damaging free radicals are now available for anti aging skin care treatment. It’s like a daily vitamin for your skin.
So there you have it. A proactive way to deal with aging skin is to seek out the latest generation skin care creams.
These contain the newest ingredients that ensure the health of your skin and help you maintain a youthful appearance for the years to come.

What Do You Think About This?
Posted by Anti Aging Products in anti aging skin care products on July 12, 2011
In Michelle Phan’s YouTube videos, she puts on anti-wrinkle creams and says something like “it’s better to prevent wrinkles than to cure them”. Do you think it’s okay to use anti-wrinkle creams at a kind of young age? They make your skin feel great, so I don’t think there’s really anything wrong with it. I’m 15 by the way. I’m not trig to get rid of wrinkles, I just don’t want them to develop early. Is it doing anything bad to my skin as long as I use it generously and don’t obsess over it? What do you think about anti-wrinkle creams/lotions/products overall?
And please don’t tell me I’m trying to grow up too fast, because trust me I’m in no hurry to grow up! I just want your opinions

NO PRODUCT can make skin look flawless nor hide scars.
You can quickly diminish large pores and clear skin of all blemishes and diminish scars with this treatment that has helped many on Answers. Pores will reduce in one night, skin will clear and tone will even out in the next few days. Marks and scars will diminish in as little as 14 days depending on how vigorously/ how long you massage. And will further diminish day by day. See testimonials below.(I can send you many others)
I had acne scars, pigmentation and a mass of unsightly freckles, uneven skin tone and this one treatment got rid of them all
Specialized vigorous oil massaging works wonders. I had great success with extra virgin olive – It is noncomedogenic so does not clog, cause breakouts or make skin oily.
Important to first tighten skin by partially opening mouth and pulling lips FIRMLY back against teeth. Use both hands and do forward and back quite vigorous massage with front and tips of fingers and palms where possible. Circular massage is not effective. The massaging friction rubs them away and forces a totally clear skin to emerge overtime.
Build up to vigorous as skin has to first adjust. If you are able to do 20/25 or even more minutes daily (can be in two or more sessions) you will see fast results.
## Jasmin’s question “I used to have acne pretty bad when I was younger. Now, however, the breakouts have seemed to pretty much stop but I still have the dark marks and acne scars. PLEASE tell me the best way to get rid of them”.
Here is Jasmin’s message posted an Answers.
“My advice? LISTEN TO MUKUNDA M!!! He knows what he’s talking about. I directly emailed him because he’s gotten so many Best Answers for skincare topics. I’ve been doing the oil treatment for a little more than 3 weeks and I can’t tell you how absolutely fantastic the results are.
Seriously, you will not be disappointed.”
## wannabeblue28: “Hi Mukunda M. I have just been massaging my face and neck with the ridges of my fingers and hands. It has made a HUGE difference in my complexion after just one night. …… my skin looks so much tighter and i no longer have bags under my eyes! Is This Good For Male Skin?

So for those of you who watched “American Psycho”, do these sound like good skin care products to replace the ones used by Patrick Bateman in the movie?
deep pore cleanser lotion (Sothys Desquacreme Deep Pore Cleanser)
water activated gel cleanser (Trilogy Balancing Gel Cleanser)
honey almond body scrub (Tree Hut Body Scrub, Almond Honey)
exfoliating gel scrub (Dermalogica Special Cleansing Gel)
herb-mint facial mask (Queen Helene Mint Julep Masque)
after shave lotion with little or no alcohol (Neutrogena Men Razor Defense Post Shave Lotion)
moisturizer (Neutrogena Men Age Fighter Face Moisturizer)
anti-aging eye balm (Skinceuticals Eye Balm Rehabilitative Emollient For Aging Skin)
moisturizing protective lotion (Nivea for Men Protective Moisturizer)
I don’t need the anti-aging eye balm as I’m only 19. And can I still use an exfoliating towel in the shower if I go through all of those creams? I will be using these products every morning if I get them, is that a good idea?
Here is another list of items listed on this article that might be good, but I’m a college student and can’t afford too much.http://www.apetogentleman.com/products/p…

Will This Work For Dark Circles I Found It On The Internet?
Posted by Anti Aging Products in anti aging skin care products on April 23, 2011
Do an Answers Search and you will learn that many have tried teabags and report that they did absolutely nothing to reduce dark circles.
There is an epidemic of under eye bags and circles and many are reported by those in teens or early twenties. The main reason is reaction to skin sickening toxins in skin care, cosmetic and skin medicating products. Many teenage girls use 20 or more products daily and an alarming number of products contain skin(and health) harming toxins. See this site Skin Deep Cosmetic Database. A Feelgood Resource. The Database tested many thousands of products and identifies which ones are the most harming and those which are non or only minimally harming. So first thing to do is select the none or least harming products.
Then try these safe, natural, tried and tasted treatments that quickly and permanently get rid of them. They really work and have helped many on Answers
This is a response I received from wannabeblue28:
“Hi Mukunda M. I have just been rubbing my face with oil using my fingers and hands and It has made a HUGE difference in my complexion after just one night. …… My skin looks so much tighter everywhere and i no longer have bags under my eyes! Thank you so much for your post, I have been suffering with acne and under-eye circles since i was young.”
She had seen an answer I gave about how vigorous face massaging with pure natural oils had permanently rid my face of acne AND removed my bags/circles. Massage greatly tightens skin under and around the eye area and the bags go away. Find Answer with a search “Mukunda M vigorous massage to remove eye bags/circles”
The most helpful ones are:
(Using both hands together) massage with palms and front of fingers held together
(1) Do long up and down sweeps close to nose from chin area up to near eyes.
(2) Do another up and back at an angle from chin point to cheek bone.
(3) Do fast up and down massage close to eye from cheek bones at an angle of 45 degrees (on your crows feet).
Best if do for several minutes daily – will markedly tighten skin in eye area and diminish the circles in the first two or three days. Use any oil. Olive is good.
IMPORTANT: To avoid skin pulling first make facial skin taught by partially opening mouth and pulling lips firmly back against teeth (tightens most of face)
Use any natural oil. Extra virgin olive oil works well for many.
Additionally facial yoga exercises help a great deal. Find on You Tube. Do the “The lion face” and try to hold for 30 seconds. A variation of that is protruding the tongue as if trying to touch tip of nose with tip of tongue.
YOGA MEDITATION is a great help and is easy to do. It enables you to completely relax and gives you deep, restful sleep. 6 or 7 hours of restful sleep is considerably more beneficial than 8 or 9 more hours of non restful sleep. I found Siddha Yoga meditation was the most beneficial.

Opinions On This Moisturiser/anti-aging Creme?
Posted by Anti Aging Products in anti aging skin care products on February 23, 2011
Hi, I recently read about this eye creme and I’m considering buying some – although £35 is a lot of money for me so I’m wanting some opinions. Can anyone tell by the description whether it’ll be any good? Or has anyone actually tried it?
Im only 20 so I’m looking for something that isn’t going to be harsh on my skin. I don’t want a creme to fight wrinkles I want one to prevent them. And I want something that will keep my skin feeling soft.
If anyone has any recommendations that’d be great too. The cheaper the better – but I’m willing to splash out on a good product.
Thanks a lot!http://www.esteelauder.co.uk/templates/p…
Don’t Buy an Anti Aging Skin Care Product Until You’ve Read This Review
Posted by Anti Aging Products in Anti Aging on January 27, 2011
An anti aging skin care review can be a sad thing to read. I feel sorry for women that unknowingly apply common allergens and irritants to their faces. I felt particularly sorry for one woman that suffered permanent damage after using a cream that contained large amounts of copper. Her epidermis was basically falling off of her face.
Some of these are uncommon reactions. Some are very common. Cosmetic companies are allowed to include hazardous ingredients in their products, as long as they also include a warning label on the bottle. But, how many people actually read those labels? There’s no way to know the answer to that question, but I recommend that everyone look closely at those warning labels. They are clues to what the bottles actually contain.
Contact a poison control center if accidentally ingested…means that this product contains poisons. Test on an inconspicuous spot before applying to the face…means that this product contains known allergens and/or irritants. Discontinue use if redness, rash or irritation occurs or worsens…means that this product contains animal collagen or another common allergen.
If people would simply stop buying products that bear warning labels, then an anti aging skin care review would only provide information about whether or not the product was beneficial. Did it perform as promised? Was it moisturizing? Were you pleased with the results?
The advertising hype attracts us. It’s designed to. The pictures of before and after treatment mesmerize us. They are meant to. Lately, companies have taken to using animations in their internet ads. Everyone can see that the ad is just a computer graphic, but hundreds of people still buy the products.
I recently read an anti aging skin care review that was refreshingly different. A man talked about how he had never before found any moisturizer that he could use without breaking out. The reason is this. Most of the moisturizers on the market clog the pores.
They contain petroleum-based oils that are not similar to the skin’s natural oils. They are not absorbed. They cause excessive greasiness and they promote the formation of blackheads and pimples.
The best moisturizers are plant-based, like grape seed, avocado, olive and jojoba. These are very similar to the skin’s own oils and can be used by oily, dry or combination skin types. The anti aging skin care review that I read was written by a man that buys from the same dietary supplement company that I have used for years.
In 2008, they released a line of anti-aging skincare products and I bought them, right away. They all contain a unique compound called Functional Keratin, a kind of protein that is responsible for the skin’s strength and firmness.
In clinical studies, it has been shown to increase the production of new cells and fibers. Basically, it turns back the clock. I have noticed quite a difference in a very short period of time. So, I guess that’s my anti aging skin care review. Look for something different.

Could This Be The Best Anti Wrinkle Cream?
Posted by Anti Aging Products in anti aging wrinkle cream on March 18, 2010
If you’re a wrinkle sufferer, there is a good chance that you’ve tried wrinkle remover cream before and have been let down. You may have even given up on the idea of using wrinkle cream altogether because of that bad experience or two. If that is indeed the case, it may be time for you to reconsider the use of wrinkle removing cream. Why? Simply because there is a wrinkle cream you didn’t give a try, which is iced anti wrinkle cream.
Believe it or not, iced anti-wrinkle cream is considered, by many, to be the best anti wrinkle cream on the market. Is it the best for you? Maybe, maybe not — but either way, the possibility of it working is not something you should easily ignore.
Why is this type of wrinkle-free cream any different than other types of anti-wrinkle cream? Basically, because of the way it works. Most other wrinkle creams work by increasing collagen in the body, a natural chemical that keeps the skin elastic and resilient. However, iced anti wrinkle cream takes an entirely different approach. Rather than increasing collagen, this cream freezes the skin and cuts off the areas nerve signals. This may sound somewhat strange, but you’d be surprised at how effective the results can be.
This brief cut-off of nerve signals — which is only possible because of the cream’s most potent ingredient, gamma amino-butyric acid (GABA) — makes it so that it is impossible for wrinkles to maintain their form. As a matter of fact, the wrinkles will become completely relaxed and your skin will begin to quickly smooth out. How quickly? Well, it only takes about 10-20 minutes after the cream has been applied for you to noticing results! You heard correctly — just a mere 10 to 20 minutes before the wrinkles on your face start to fade away.
Unfortunately, and as you likely guessed, there is a small catch with this type of wrinkle relaxing cream; which is the fact that iced anti wrinkle cream is not typically designed for long term results. That’s not to say you’ll have to stop using it at a certain point — it’s just that you won’t achieve long lasting wrinkle removal with this cream alone. In actuality, the cream will only last a little over 24 hours per application, at which time the wrinkles will start to gradually reappear. Does this lessen the cream’s appeal? To some, possibly; but not enough for them to turn their backs on it completely. After all, turning your back on something so powerful because of one minuscule downside is, in a word, foolish.
How will you know if this particular type of cream is the best anti wrinkle cream for you? Simple, by determining whether or not it provides results for your ever-growing wrinkle problem. If it works better than other wrinkle creams you’ve used in the past, then it certainly is in the runnings for the title of “best”, wouldn’t you agree? If it doesn’t work for you, well, you’ll merely have to keep your eyes out for new wrinkle cream developments.

Banish Those Wrinkles With This Anti Aging Skin Care Guide
Posted by Anti Aging Products in Anti Aging on January 2, 2010
If you’re looking for an anti aging skin care guide, you are not alone. In today’s world, people are living longer than ever before but they do not want their appearance to reflect their increasing years.
With movie stars and fashion supermodels flaunting flawless skin as role models, it’s no wonder that women and men of all ages are becoming obsessed with youthful looks. But there is a bewildering array of anti aging skin care treatments on the market many of them promoted by those very same supermodels.
The problem is knowing where to start in your quest for a skin care product that will work for you. Let me be your anti aging skin care guide and give you some hints and tips on the things to look out for.
Check the list of ingredients. Many skin care products include a long list of ingredients on the label, but not all are good for your skin. In particular watch out for:
Mineral oil, also known as liquid paraffin or paraffin wax. This tends to clog the pores of your skin thus preventing its natural ability to eliminate toxins. Prolonged use can encourage the very thing it is supposed to stop.
Dioxane. This substance is often found in skin care products and is readily absorbed by the skin. Unfortunately it is known to be carcinogenic.
Parabens. These are found in many skin care products. They act as a preservative to prolong the shelf life which would be a good thing except for the fact that parabens may cause cancer.
Alcohols. Several different types of alcohol are used in skin care products. Not all are harmful, but some cause dryness and irritation.
Fragrances. Because fragrances are produced from materials that are known to be toxic it is best to avoid products which contain them. Whilst a dab of perfume or some bodyspray are entirely harmless, use of these ingredients over a large area of skin is another matter.
So those are the substances to avoid, but what about the beneficial ingredients that you should look for? Well, here are three: Phytessence Wakame, Cynergy TK and Coenzyme Q10 (or CoQ10).
While all three work in different ways, the net effect is to promote the growth of collagen and elastin which are the proteins that provide firmness and flexibility to your skin. It is the depletion of these proteins that allows the skin to slacken and form lines and wrinkles.
You may find products that list collagen as one of their ingredients, but unfortunately this is no use because applied externally collagen provides no benefit.
I hope that this anti aging skin care guide has given you some pointers to the way you can distinguish between the myriad of creams and lotions in the marketplace. Look beyond the advertising hype and check the ingredients with care before choosing the products for your anti aging skin care treatment.
Anti Aging Wrinkle Creams – Before You Waste Your Money, Read This
Posted by Anti Aging Products in Anti Aging on December 3, 2009
Not all anti aging wrinkle creams are created equal. Unfortunately, the consumer is bombarded with products that simply do not live up to their name. There are many anti aging wrinkle cream websites that display false information, fake testimonials and fake before-after images. Whatever product you choose, there are certain components of many anti aging wrinkle creams you need to avoid. Read on so you can make an educated choice and be confident you are on your way to a younger you with a quality anti aging wrinkle cream.
Cosmetic companies want your money – at any cost. One main component of many anti aging creams is collagen. We naturally produce collagen in our skin, and as we age, the skin’s ability to produce collagen lessens. Collagen is what gives skin strength and elasticity. The collagen that makes up part of these creams comes from animal sources. What these companies do not tell you is that collagen cannot penetrate the skin, and is washed off when we shower or bath and so to say, the softer, younger you is thrown out with the bath water! Collagen is an important anti aging protein, and it is best you stick to products that include ingredients that regenerate natural collagen.
Another anti aging component is elastin. Like collagen, elastin is naturally produced by the body. Elastin is what gives our skin its elasticity; returning skin to its original position when poked or pinched. If you plan on getting an anti aging cream with elastin, do not waste your time. Both elastin and collagen protiens are too large to penetrate the skin. As will collagen, find a product that helps regenerate elastin naturally in the skin.
Skin aging is caused by many things from the fat content of the skin to dehydration to the lack of collagen produced in the skin. When a company says their product gives you everything you need to lessen your wrinkles and tighten your skin, make sure you read the ingredients. Most anti aging creams do little more than temporarily cover up your skin. If the truth be known, you probably would need a variety of different products used together to help maintain good skin health. Who wants to spend all the money it would cost to get all these products?
If you are serious of improving your skin, getting rid of wrinkles and aging skin, then stop looking at the hype many cosmetic companies throw at you. They are ripping you off with products that do not help. Visit my website and get valuable information on products that will get the job done right. Do not spend another penny on worthless hyped-up creams.
Anti Aging Products: for a New & Youthful Look This New Year
Posted by Anti Aging Products in best anti aging skin care on December 2, 2009
It is time to say goodbye to wrinkles and dry skin with a new and youthful look and just welcome the New Year with satisfaction. How to achieve that young and healthy look? The answer is simple; just live healthily. If you find it hard to live healthily because there is just too much temptation like junk foods and the like, the best approach you can apply is to try and pass up on these unhealthy vices. That is because sooner or later its effects, which will manifest on your body, will be evident. Wrinkles, for instance, are not actually caused by aging but of poor nutrition. If you do not want lines to appear on your precious features, give it a go with anti aging products.
Both men and women are starting to get into anti aging products and that is for the reason that they want to stay as young as they possibly could. And there is this mind-set that old age causes wrinkles, which is not true. Wrinkles and dry skin are caused by the body’s lack of nutrition. How does this happen? Firstly, you would not probably notice that you are not eating healthy all the time but it does not mean that you should not watch what you eat. Secondly, you probably just depend on what you see when it comes to food. You have to at least be aware of the basic nutrients that the body needs and what healthy food sources are available. This way you can be sure that you are eating the right food.
If you are not convinced about just eating healthy food in order to achieve a youthful look, try some of the available products online. These products normally come as facial creams, lotions, toners, gel, and the like. But you see, these also come in drinkable forms like antioxidant water or other health drinks. Some of these drinkable anti aging products contain nutritional factors that helps complete the nutritional requirements of the body. And that is definitely better than applying creams or toners on your face, which only has external effects rather than internal. Antioxidants serve as the key to these healthy drinks and are the ones responsible for fighting off free radicals, which can be harmful at excessive amounts. Regular consumption of this healthy drink will certainly improve your health and eventually be more apparent with your youthful appearance.
