Best Anti Aging Products and Anti Wrinkle Cream

I had a spot on my chin. It was the type of one that you can pop and all puss and slimy stuff would come out. I didn’t pot it though. I had the same type of thing on my nose, big spot, didn’t pop it.
And some on my forehead by my eyebrows as well.
About 3-6 months ago I was using products from the drugstore like Boots’ own Cucumber Cleanser. Simple Neutrogena products, Fragrance Free Toners. Just the cheap stuff from the drug store.
I was still breaking out.
Before Christmas I started using the Clinique Anti Blemish Solutions 3 Step Skin care Range: Cleansing Foam, Clarifying Lotion and Clearing Moisturiser.
I also have an acne gel (Clindamycin + Anhydrous Benzoyl Peroxide) that I go prescribed from my doctor.
I haven’t had a single ’spot’/yellow head, blackhead or anything in ages.
But I’ve been left with these things. They’re not bumpy, you cannot pop them. I’m still using all the same Clinique products and the acne gel from my doctor. These marks are in the exact same place as were I had the spots/yellow heads.
Why won’t they go?
What is the name?
I’ve had them for SO LONG!
Are they scars?
I googled ‘Acne scars’ and ‘blemish scars’ and ’spot scars’ and the images that came up were nothing like what I have.
What is their are smooth, no bumpy, they’re a red. But can look a tiny bit purpley depending on the lighting.
