Another bad habit that can ruin your skin is smoking. Taking all of these dangerous substances is not only bad for your health, but can contribute to old looking skin. Smoking dries the skin and make it look older than it should. Stay away from smoking if you can. Another thing that smoking does is use up your supply of vitamin C, which is very important for your skin.
Second hand smoke can also lead to early skin aging. Smoking can really damage the skin. It may be as harmful as too much exposure to the sun!
If you drink alcohol, you are causing damage to your skin. Drinking it increases the flow of blood to your skin’s surface. Drinking is bad for your overall health and especially your skin.
This can cause your cheeks to get red and break blood vessels over time, resulting in a poor appearance.
